Royal Prestige® "Win a Harley" Sweepstakes - Official Rules

• Sweepstakes promotion from January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011. Sponsored by Hy Cite Corporation to promote the sale of Royal Prestige® brand cookware and household products. By participation, you agree you may be contacted for the purpose of a sales presentation by Royal Prestige®.
• No purchase necessary to win or participate. Purchases will not improve your odd of winning. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of participants.
• Must be at least 18 years old to participate and have a valid driver’s license. Employees and Distributors of Hy Cite Corporation and their families are not eligible to participate.
• One new Harley Davidson® motorcycle of sponsor’s choice of approximate $10,000 value to be given away (the “Prize”). The prize is not redeemable for cash.
• The winner will be determined by a random drawing on or about December 31, 2011 at Hy Cite Corporation, 333 Holtzman Road, Madison, WI 53713. One entry ticket per person.
• The winner must present reasonable proof of identification and tax information. The winner is solely responsible for all taxes, fees and costs associated with the Prize.
• The winner grants Hy Cite Corporation and its delegates the right to photograph and video/audio tape the winner and to use such for publicity.
• Hy Cite Corporation may share participant’s information with its Distributors.
• Hy Cite Corporation reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the sweepstakes due to fraud, technical difficulties, misconduct or events outside the control of Hy Cite Corporation.
• Hy Cite Corporation may, in its sole discretion, refuse to award the Prize to any person if it determines there was fraud or misconduct involved. Void where prohibited.
