Broadway, Lee’s Summit, MO 64081.  Contestants will begin drawing keys at 2:00 PM.  Eligibility is determined exclusively by Heart of America Sales.  To be eligible for the giveaway all parties in the household over the age of eighteen must be present for a showcase. There is no obligation to purchase anything. Odds of drawing a winning key based upon the number of participants in this giveaway promotion.  The first key to unlock the motorcycle wins it.  One motorcycle will be given away.  Keys are selected randomly from bin by the contestant.  The purpose of this promotion is to help introduce a line of house ware products.  The person named on the ticket must be present to claim his or her key to win the motorcycle.  Failure to pick up key on said date disqualifies contestant.  The winner must be at least 18 years of age by the date of the drawing and provide Heart of America Sales with positive picture identification, such as a current driver’s license, in order to establish proof of a winning entry.  The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, fees and registration costs associated with assuming ownership and title transfer of the motorcycle.  Employees of Heart of America Sales and/or participating sponsors and their immediate family members are not eligible to win the motorcycle.  The winner of the motorcycle agrees to allow the use of winner’s photographs, name, and or other materials necessary to promote advertising for Heart of America Sales and participating sponsors.  Heart of America Sales reserves the rights to amend, clarify, or add to all rules governing the giveaway promotion.  If you have any questions regarding rules and regulations call Heart of America Sales at (816) 525-3600.
