When you first get your cookware, be sure to wash it with some warm water and vinegar to remove the manufacturing oils. The first thing to remember is that your Health System is far more efficient than your traditional cookware. So, turn down the heat on your range. Medium to medium high is the highest heat you need to use. When cooking eggs or breaded products is the only time that you must use some Pam, oil, or butter to cook. When you cook pastas or rice, you will use a normal amount of water to cook. All other times cook the waterless way. It not only tastes better, its better for you. If you’ve burned
something because of too much heat, boil some water and use a vegetable scrub
brush to clean it out. It will wipe clean. Anything that did not wipe out will
be cleaned easily with some stainless steel cleaner like Bar Keeper’s Friend,
Cameo, Steel Glo, or Kleen King. Remember never to use abrasive pads or sponges, like steel wool, on your cookware. The abrasive pads will scratch the finish of your stainless steel products.
